All Lovelle Jewellery orders are carefully presented in our signature Lovelle gift packaging box, which is included with every posted item. Each box contains a complimentary cleaning cloth, a soft travel pouch, and a detailed care instruction card to help you look after your jewellery. Every individual item is packaged in its own box, ensuring it arrives beautifully presented and well protected.

All orders are dispatched from our NSW, Australia warehouse and are processed Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Orders placed after 1pm AEDT will be scheduled for dispatch the following business day. Please allow 1–3 business days for your order to be carefully prepared and processed. Once dispatched, your parcel will be shipped via your selected standard or express delivery service.

We cannot exchange or refund without the invoice or proof of purchase. It is the customer's responsibility to keep the invoice as proof of purchase for exchanges or refunds.

We exchange items within 14 days in their original condition.

Choose your jewellery carefully as there is no refund on change of mind or incorrect choice.

Due to health regulations, pierced earrings will not be subject to exchange or refund unless defective.

If you wish to return an item that is faulty or defective, we reserve the right to have the item be assessed to determine if you are entitled to an exchange, refund or repair.

No refunds, exchange or credit will be given if the item is damaged due to everyday wear, neglect, misuse or similar. You may choose to repair the item at your cost.

Rings that are returned will be subject to a cancellation fee if they have already been resized.

Lovélle Jewellery, on a case by case basis, reserves the right to refuse exchanges or refunds under our discretion.
